Our Story
Solaris Dominion was established by a team of U.S. veterans with a singular focus: delivering high-integrity, mission-ready aviation services for clients who demand excellence. With backgrounds in military operations, logistics, and aviation safety, our founders saw a gap in the market for transport solutions that blend operational precision with elite service standards.
Our name, Solaris Dominion, represents a commitment to control, clarity, and readiness in every flight. From planning to execution, we maintain the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and performance.
With experience spanning both private and government sectors, we understand what’s required to serve high-value passengers, federal partners, and medical transport needs with unmatched reliability. Whether executing VIP charters or preparing for contract-based support operations, Solaris Dominion is built to serve — efficiently, professionally, and without compromise.
Our Core Values
Safety: Safety is not just a policy — it’s our priority. Every aircraft is maintained to exacting standards, every crew member trained to anticipate and mitigate risk, and every procedure aligned with best practices to ensure total confidence in flight.
Reliability: When timing and trust matter most, we deliver. We are structured to provide consistent, dependable service, whether the mission is planned weeks in advance or launched with short notice. Our clients count on us to be there, every time.
Client Focus: Every decision we make centers around the needs of our clients. Whether supporting government operations, or managing logistical complexities, we provide solutions that are responsive, respectful, and results-driven.
Our Promise
At Solaris Dominion, our promise is simple: to deliver safe, professional, and mission-ready aviation services backed by operational excellence. Founded by U.S. veterans with a background in aviation, logistics, and service, our team understands what it takes to execute with discipline, discretion, and results.
We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and client care. Every mission — whether transporting VIPs, providing private charters, or supporting medical transport — is handled with precision and respect. We don’t just get you there; we ensure the journey reflects the confidence and quality you expect.
Strategic, Mission-Ready Fleet
Solaris Dominion is currently engaged in the acquisition and deployment of a dedicated fleet to serve the needs of the Caribbean region, with specific focus on veteran medical transport, inter-island connectivity, and contract-ready aviation support.
Our proposed fleet includes four Beechcraft King Air 360 aircraft — chosen for their speed, range, and versatility in serving both urgent medical missions and dignified VIP transport. These aircraft will enable us to respond rapidly across Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, providing safe, dependable, and mission-aligned service for our federal and private clients.
With experience in flight operations, logistical coordination, and veteran care priorities, our team is positioned to scale efficiently once aircraft are in place. Every detail — from certification pathways to route design — has been developed to ensure Solaris Dominion is air-ready, contract-ready, and fully aligned with VA Caribbean health objectives.
Our goal is simple: ensure no veteran is left waiting for care due to air transport gaps in the region.
Proposed Aircraft Overview
As part of our regional transport initiative, Solaris Dominion has identified the following aircraft for phased acquisition and deployment:
-
King Air 360 – Twin-turboprop fixed-wing; optimized for medical and VIP missions
-
AW109 GrandNew – Light twin-engine helicopter; ideal for short-range VIP and medevac
-
AW139 – Medium utility twin-engine; configurable for government or emergency ops
-
Caravan EX – Versatile STOL aircraft; supports cargo, rural runways, or modular passenger loads
Each aircraft has been selected for mission adaptability, maintenance efficiency, and operational reliability within Puerto Rico and the U.S. Caribbean.
